Restrictions on Use

No part of the VestiqX platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, modified, distributed, licensed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Venturox LLP.

Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal proceedings under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

No Transfer of Rights

The use of the VestiqX platform does not grant any ownership, license or transfer of intellectual property rights except for the limited right to use the platform in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
