Welcome to VestiqX, an Artificial Intelligence Virtual Try-On platform owned and operated by Venturox LLP.

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership

VestiqX is exclusively owned, developed and operated by Venturox LLP. All rights, title and interest in the platform remain with Venturox LLP.

2. License to Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for lawful business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with VestiqX including but not limited to:

• Source Code
• AI Models
• Machine Learning Algorithms
• APIs
• Databases
• Software Architecture
• UI/UX Designs
• Documentation
• Workflows
• Trade Secrets
• Business Logic
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Brand Assets

are the exclusive property of Venturox LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Read our full Intellectual Property Notice.

4. Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Copy the platform
• Reverse engineer the software
• Modify source code
• Create derivative works
• Decompile any component
• Redistribute software
• Sell access
• Use platform outputs to train competing AI systems
• Attempt unauthorized access

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree that:

• uploaded content belongs to them or they possess necessary permissions
• information submitted is accurate
• they will not upload unlawful or offensive content

6. AI Generated Results

Virtual Try-On results are AI-generated visual simulations. Actual garment appearance may differ depending upon:

• lighting
• photography
• body posture
• garment dimensions
• device display
• image quality

Generated outputs should be considered visual references only.

7. Availability

We strive for uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may occasionally interrupt service.

8. Third Party Services

Certain services may depend upon third-party infrastructure providers. Venturox LLP is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturox LLP shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• loss of profits
• business interruption
• data loss
• loss arising from reliance upon AI-generated outputs

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
